On the same day, in terms of the enterprise safety system, fire fighting equipment and safety knowledge level of relevant enterprise management personnel, etc., the assessment team carried out field inspection in No. 1 warehouse of KoKo International Logistics (Hunan) Co., Ltd. that is a key enterprises in the zone. After inspecting all items based on corresponding standards, Chen Shuxian thought that KoKo International Logistics (Hunan) Co., Ltd. conformed to the safety production specifications, and praised that the Safety Production Work Leading Group of Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Xiangtan had very strong sense of responsibility, enterprises in the zone had high consciousness, the supervision responsibilities of the Management Committee and the main responsibilities of the enterprises were implemented, safety production "five-implementation, five-guarantee" were truly realized.
Assessment team assessed the all-year safety production work of the zone in room 509 of the comprehensive service building
After the field assessment and inspection, the assessment team came to the meeting room on the fifth floor of the comprehensive service building to listen to the work reporting and check relevant documents. Cai Deqiang, Assistant Group Leader of the Safety Production Work Leading Group of Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Xiangtan, reported on strengthening leadership to implement responsibilities, strictly enforcing laws to control and eliminate hidden dangers, increasing input in safety work, strengthening safety foundation and strictly controlling accidents. Director General Chen Shuxian put forward specific requirements for the safety production work of the zone in terms of developing red line awareness, improving responsibility system, publicizing the new Safety Production Law, promoting enterprises’ construction of safety standardization and strengthening team construction.
Zhu Youhong, Group Leader of the Safety Production Work Leading Group of Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Xiangtan, said that since its establishment in November 2014, the Safety Production Work Leading Group of Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Xiangtan has been abiding by the safety production red line, firmly establishing the safety consciousness and responsibility consciousness of all members, establishing and improving safety production rules and regulations, and ensuring the good result that there is no accident in safety production in the whole zone all the year round. Meanwhile, other foundation work is still relatively weak and personnel quality needs to be improved.
