On 20th January, eight provincial and municipal representatives, including Yang Xuening, inspected Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area under the accompany of Zhu Youhong, the Director of Management Committee of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area, Xie Ning, the Chief of Shaoshan Customs, Yang Jian, the Secretary of Discipline Committee of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area. During the inspection, Mr. Yang said that “we hope to exercise representatives’ right on offering advice and suggestions to facilitate the development of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area.”
Now, Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area has located 24 projects, including 3 projects on processing, 4 on warehouse logistics, 8 on international trade, 1 on bonded exhibition and 8 on cross-border e-commerce.
On 20th January, provincial and municipal representatives inspected main entrance, patrol passageway, sunny&sandy project, KOKO project, Xiangtan bonded products exhibition trade center, road port operation zone and etc., which allowed them obtain comprehensive understanding on the construction and operation of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area. These representatives were excited to see the significant changes. It was a bare land one year ago, but now it develops well on attracting investments, runs smoothly on platform construction and increases rapidly on customs clearance efficiency. It is surprising and exciting to see the fast development and huge development potential in Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area.
In the forum, the representatives said Bonded Area could use Canton Fair, Shenzhen Fair, Xiamen Fair and other platforms to carry out “Going out” strategy, and enhanced promotion and publicity. The representatives would unite government to guide enterprises and people to facilitate innovation and entrepreneurship and build Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area into an import and export hub in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan areas. In addition, as for the difficulties and problems on declaration function platform, land, system and mechanism bothering Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area, the representatives said they would unite provincial and municipal representatives to get support from province and municipality.
