On 10th March, Xiangtan Cross-border Trade E-commerce Supervision Center founded for Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area successfully passed examination of Changsha Customs, which means that Xiangtan can conduct cross-border trade e-commerce business and customers can purchase cheaper, superior quality and richer products from all over the world.
Xiangtan Cross-border Trade E-commerce Supervision Center was approved to found on November 20th, 2015, and was established strictly according to Regulations on Customs Supervision Place of the People’s Republic of China (No. 171 Document of China General Administration of Customs). It was equipped with entrance and exit, separation net, smart entrance, video monitoring system, information-based system and online checking system in line with customs supervision requirements.
At present, Xiangtan Cross-border Trade E-commerce Supervision Center has completed data transmission and receiving among several systems, including customs clearance system, cross-border Yidiantong, e-commerce platforms and etc., staff training and stress testing of inspection system in X-ray sorting line, which lasted for a week and with 12 hours each day, the inspection efficiency for each line reached more than 600 pieces. Xiangtan Cross-border Trade E-commerce Supervision Center plans to carry out BC import business on 16th March, to offer a “Sunny Overseas Purchase” channel for domestic citizen.
