On the morning of 19th May, Testing Handover Meeting of Golden Gate Project Phase II Bonded Supervision System of General Administration of Customs was held in Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area. Li Yu, the Deputy Chief of Shaoshan Customs presided over the meeting. Relevant people from Processing and Trading Department and Information Center of General Administration of Customs, including Zhang Junqiang, Zhu Jiawei, He Changgeng, Yang Bo, relevant people from Processing and Trading Department and Information Center of Changsha Customs, including Xia Tong, Zhang Minglei, Dong Huiran, Niu Yuezhan, Cai Deqiang, the Deputy Director of Management Committee of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area, Cao Guqiao, the Assistant Director, and other people from Customs Clearance Department of Shaoshan Customs, Enterprise Service Bureau and Office of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded and Hongqiao Company, the technology supporting company attended the meeting.
Golden Gate Project (Phase II) of General Administration of Customs aims to establish national customs supervision controlling system, credit management system of import and export enterprises, processing and bonded supervision system, customs logistics supervision system and other systems through Top-level Design and technology innovations such as Internet of Things (IOT) and Cloud Computing. Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area has been the only testing organization of Processing and Bonded Supervision System of Golden Gate Project Phase II. The auxiliary system of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area will match the bonded supervision system. Therefore, registration, customs clearance and verification procedures in Bonded Area will be further optimized, paperless customs clearance mode which is advanced and internationally compatible will be realized. The system will effectively promote transformation and upgrading of processing trade, substantially improve customs clearance efficiency, lower trade cost and further optimize customs supervision and service.
In the meeting, Cai Deqiang made detailed introduction about the planning and construction, development direction, project promotion, operation and management of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Area. He also expressed that it was a great honor to be selected as the only testing organization of the system, and Management Committee would give full support to provide foundation and guarantee for relevant work. The leader of Hongqiao Company minutely introduced the structure and operation performance of Comprehensive Bonded Area Auxiliary System. Then Zhang Junqiang and other people actively discussed and fully deployed the planning of handover work and the possible problems which may occur during the actual operation to guarantee the following work implement effectively and orderly.
