Xiangtan Bonded Commodities Center project smoothly passed preliminary inspection and acceptance on June 30, 2016.
The facility is invested by Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Construction and Investment Co., Ltd., designed by Wuhan Light Industry Architectural Design Co., Ltd., constructed by Hunan No.3 Construction and Engineering Co., Ltd. and supervised by Hunan Xiangzi Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd.
Located at the main customs entrance of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the western side of the intersection of Baoshui Avenue and Yingshan Road, the Project is in the excellent geographical location. It covers a total land area of approx. 46.31 mu and the overall floorage of 37,820 square meters.
Since the commencement of its construction on Aug. 10, 2015, the Project has always advanced smoothly as per specified quality and quantity, as well as the requirements of design and construction specifications. The inspection on the subgrade and foundation was conducted on Nov. 11, 2015; the main body of the project was capped on Dec. 16; the inspection was conducted on the concrete solid on Jan. 4, 2016; the field test was completed on the floor slab thickness on Jan. 6; the inspection on the man body was conducted on Jan. 7; the inspection on the energy conservation was specially conducted on June 16; the power transmission of the building in the Bonded Commodities Exhibition Center project was successful on June 22; the inspection on water and electricity by means of remote measuring was completed on June 24; the acceptance of planning was completed on June 25; the lightening protection examination was completed on June 27; and the inspection for completion of the Project was conducted on June 30. It is expected that the fire-protection inspection will be completed prior to July 15 and the inspection on the Project will be completed on July 25 to ensure that the Xiangtan Bonded Commodities Center will be put into official operation on Oct. 1.
Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone attaches great importance to the preliminary inspection and acceptance of the Project by holding the planning and coordination meeting for many times. The functions of the Zone conducted full cooperation with the supervising company and the construction company, and has completed various examinations and inspections of the Project as scheduled, thus ensuring the smooth progress of the preliminary inspection and acceptance of the Project. During the completion acceptance, the legal procedures had been complied with and Xiangtan Quality Supervision Station had supervised such completion acceptance. All relevant units unanimously agreeing that the inspection of the Xiangtan Bonded Commodities Exhibition Center project was accepted.
