On October 19, 2017, Zhu Youhong, Deputy Party Secretary of Xiangtan Economic Development Zone Party Working Committee and Director of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Management Committee and Li Feng, President of Shenzhen DenQin Communication Co., Ltd signed business settlement contract at Xiangtan Economic Development Zone and Comprehensive Bonded Zone Main Projects Signing and Operation Ceremony, marking the settlement of the first complete mobile phone industry chain covering mobile phone R&D, design, production and sales of Hunan in Xiangtan, filling the gap of complete mobile phone industry chain of Hunan, promoting the development of a series of related and derivative businesses, and presenting the “smile curve” of Xiangtan mobile phone industry. Tan Wensheng, Deputy Secretary of Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee and Mayor attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Shenzhen DenQin Communication Co., Ltd has invested and established headquarters base, smart phone R&D, SMT, machine assembly, intelligent terminal product R&D, production and smart city related projects in Xiangtan Economic Development Zone and Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Those projects can be divided into three sections. First, headquarters economy section: DenQin Communication will relocate its headquarters from Nanshan District, Shenzhen to Xiangtan Economic Development Zone and Comprehensive Bonded Zone; Second, R&D and design section of smart phone (4G and 5G), smart terminal products and smart city hardware and software; Third, production section of smart phone SMT and machine assembly, smart terminal products and smart city project. The total project investment is RMB200 million, with RMB150 million fixed asset investment. After putting into operation, it will realize annual export & import volume of more than USD 1 billion, annual output value of over RMB4 billion, and paid taxes of over RMB42 million, and provide more than 1000 jobs.
Li Feng, President of DenQin Communication delivered a speech as enterprise representative in the meeting, where he said his enterprise will further establish and perfect electronic information industry upstream and downstream ecological chain, and make contribution to perfecting “1+4” feature industry system, and establishing booming Xiangtan.
Sun Yinsheng said this project signing and operation ceremony covered 14 projects, including 1 operation project, 2 signing projects, 1 headquarter opening project, and 10 industrial and commercial registration projects. Those projects were excellent projects attracted by Xiangtan Economic Development Zone and Comprehensive Bonded Zone in last year, with high industrial relevancy, export-oriented degree and technical content. The settlement of those projects would lay firm foundation for the development of leading industries in Economic Development Zone, especially the construction of hundred-billion automobile and parts industrial cluster and electronic information industrial cluster, and provide strong driving force for industry transformation and upgrading in Xiangtan.
