On the morning of September 12, a vehicle equipped with Better Life Commercial Chain Share Co., Ltd.’s non-bonded goods entered the supervision warehouse in Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone through the bayonet in the form of “storage goods classified by status”, marking that the Better Life Global Commodity Bonded Warehouse Logistics Distribution Center in Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone could be officially operated.
In order to implement the requirements of the Xiangtan Municipal Committee and Municipal Government to build Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone into a “multi-functional trade integration development demonstration base”, Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone will introduce Better Life Commercial Chain Share Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Better Life”) to build a global commodity bonded warehouse logistics distribution center for international and domestic trade integration, and will implement the centralized distribution of foreign imported goods and domestic trade commodities to achieve the integration of domestic trade and foreign trade. The project covers a land area of 153 mu, with a total investment of 750 million Yuan and a floor area of 121,000 square meters. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve an import and export volume of 40 million US dollars, and the annual throughput of domestic trade goods will reach 5 billion Yuan. At present, the first phase will build 90 mu, including one bonded warehouse, two non-bonded warehouses. Currently, the project mainly carries out domestic appliance storage and distribution business, the estimated annual distribution is about 1.5 billion Yuan and the operating income of 45 million Yuan.
The official operation of Better Life Global Commodity Bonded Warehouse Logistics Distribution Center in Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone, marks the official landing of taking first to copy and publicize “storage goods classified by status” business model by Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Hunan Province.
