The company is located in No. 7 standard plant, Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone (XTCBZ), with 14,000 m2 operating area and more than 600 employees. Hunan Sunny & Sandy Company has incorporated three companies in XTCBZ, including Hunan Sunny & Sandy Toy Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Hunan Sunny & Sandy Trading Company Co., Ltd., and Hunan Sunny & Sandy Import and Export Co., Ltd., and engages in processing, trading, logistics and warehousing of toys, clothing, red wine, wig and etc.
As of 2018, the company has obtained 11 international standard system certifications of such third-party certification bodies as SGS, including ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System, ISO22000 Food Safety Management System, SA8000 Social Responsibility System, and HACCP.
The company’s products include food-grade toys, imported red wine, etc., and its main customers are Fortune 500 enterprises, such as Danone, Ferrero, Disney, Morrisons, Prime Creation, MARS, UNGA, Globe Trade, etc.
In 2018, the company has earned RMB25 million of foreign exchange through exports, and provided about 1,200 jobs. It completed RMB48 million of investment by 2018, and will own 50 injection molding machines, 150 pad printing machines, 60 automatic packaging machines, 4 oil injection production lines, 8 assembly lines and 16 packaging production lines after investment. It’s annual production capability of toys is 300 million pieces, earns USD30 million of foreign exchange through export, realized annual profit of RMB20 million, and provides 1,000 – 2,000 jobs, making the company outstanding among industrial peers. Its product technical specifications have reached international advanced level, and ranks top 5 among industrial peers. Meanwhile, the company constantly carries out process innovation to reduce costs and improve quality, and takes an active part in international competition to earn foreign exchange by exporting products with high technology and high added value.
