Xiangtan Cross-Border New Silk Road International Trade Co., Ltd (the company) was established in Xiangtan National Level Development Zone in December 2016. The company aims to build a Xiangtan cross-border wholesale (retail) platform, imported commodity supply chain platform, commodity distributing and resource allocation center, and children’s quality-oriented education experience center, and develops the company into a cross-border fully functional platform integrating bonded service, warehousing, logistics, trade, e-commerce, tourism, convention and exhibition, training, education, cultural exchange and franchise chain. The company has overseas strategic cooperation purchasing teams in more than 30 countries and regions, and establishes overseas companies and warehouses in Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia and other regions. The company adopts O2O (offline experience and trade + online shopping) operation mode, and takes a led in introducing and implementing the operation idea of “Making Quality and Price Keep Abreast with the World” by F2B/B2B/B2C, to realize “shopping across the world at home”, and “importing global commodities to Hunan and exporting Hunan commodities to the world”, as well as realize win-win cooperation. It roots in Xiangtan, gears towards the country, and incubates thousands of stores in hundreds of cities by Xiangtan Bonded Commodity Center which covers an area of 32,000 m2, and invests RMB690 million in the phase I infrastructure. The center has four floors, with first floor for international luxury goods, second floor for cross-border commodities, third floor for children’s quality-oriented education experience center, and fourth floor for domestic and overseas specialty catering and brands.
The international luxury goods area consists of some first and second-tier brands across the world, and adopts overseas outlets mode for parallel import.
The first floor has famous watch pavilion, luxury goods pavilion and sports pavilion, covering famous watch, bags, clothing, shoes, leather products and accessories.

The second floor is cross-border commodity area, and has more than 20 featured pavilions about life in different countries and regions, such as European pavilion, American and Canada pavilion, Italian and French pavilion, Australian and New Zealander pavilion, Japanese pavilion, and Thai pavilion, providing more than 30,000 kinds of high-quality products from the world, including food, personal care products, mother and baby products, cosmetics, wines, and beverages. It has attracted global popular brands, and adopted O2O operation mode and direct purchase mode to greatly reduce costs and truly connect with the world.
The third floor is a children’s quality-oriented education center which takes the popularization of quality-oriented education as its core, and “Silk Road” as its theme. The center receives 2 – 3 team activities each week, with number of people in single team reaching 500, and has organized several large-scale parents-children activities.
