On the afternoon of May 5th, Zhu Youhong, Director of Administration Committee of Xiangta CBZ, chaired the first conference of the coordination leading group of Xiangtan CBZ. Li Yu, deputy chief of Shaoshan Customs, and Xiao He, deputy director of Shaoshan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and related responsible persons of Shaoshao Customs, Shaoshan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Department of Merchants for Economic Development of Xiangtan CBZ, Enterprise Service Bureau of Xiangtan CBZ, Hongqiao Company, etc. attended the conference.
In order to accelerate and improve customs clearance services and build a convenient and efficient customs clearance environment, the conference decided to implement “unified declaration and batched customs clearance” policy, and to carry out businesses such as “one-day tour” and regulation and control of import-export performance data. It also made clear that before the batched customs clearance, enterprises should declare inspection and send their goods to inspection in time, which can help reduce the inspection periods.
After the conference, Zhu Youhong stated that, under the innovative “big customs clearance” mechanism, each functional departments should make efforts to build Xiangtan CBZ into a new platform for export-oriented economy of Hunan Province.
